We also offer the most current Foreclosure Lists along with all the services you need to make a successful bid on available Government Owned Homes. The Government has programs available that refund to the Buyer as much as $560 a month in tax incentives just to buy your first home.

If for any reason (at any time) you need to move out of the home you purchase, we can sell your home faster and net you more money than any of our competitors. Our past clients receive a discount.

How To Get Started

The first step is to determine the loan amount you can comfortably qualify for. This is accomplished by meeting with your Veterans Realty Services Professional and our Government Approved Lender.

Once your loan amount is determined, your Veterans Realty Services Professional will help you in selecting a home and completing the process to home ownership in as little as 30 to 45 days. We can do this with no money down and your First House payment will not be due for up to 60 days after you have moved in.

If you think your income or credit might be a problem, don't worry. There are many programs offered by the Government that overcome these issues for Veterans and First-Time Home Buyers. We are committed to helping you find the right program, and to become a proud homeowner.
